Sim Rig Pedal Mount – 4040 extrusion

Description

1UP Engineering’s heavy duty extrusion pedal mount.

• 480mm wide – Designed to fit between main rails of your rig.
• 500mm long – Gives you plenty of room for adjustment. Some of our customers have even gone inverted with this kit.

Rigid Extrusion

Built from a heavy walled version of 4040 Aluminium profile this product is solid. Its highly adjustable and configurable to allow fitment of the vast majority of pedals on the market. Our heavy wall profile and brackets are compatible with other standard 40 size profile extrusions, so you can mix and match with parts from others, whilst benefiting from our extrusion’s strength.

Adjustment

You can adjust the position of the transverse extrusion to allow pickup of mounting holes on your pedals. If your pedals allow bolting from the top, you can use the included M8 T-slot nuts and bolt directly down. Alternately, if you require a bolt from underneath, use the included spare corner brackets to bolt up from the bottom into your pedals.

Will work with Logitech, Fanatec, etc pedals that work with bolting from underneath or bolting through holes from above. Depending on how you want to mount your pedals you may need custom length hardware. We supply M8 T slot nuts, and so recommend M8 fasteners where required.

• 4x M8x20 bolts and washers and nuts for mounting larger bolt-through pedals.

Installation Notes

Please pay careful attention to installation instructions given by your pedal manufacturer. Please verify provided M6xM8 bolts for mounting are the correct length.
