Sim Racing Wheel Deck

Description

1UP Engineering’s Sim Racing Wheel Deck is made from 5mm thick CNC bent and powder coated aluminium for maximum stiffness and rigidity.

Designed to mount to your top 4080 extrusion on the 80mm tall face.

Included are all fasteners required to bolt the side brackets to the main piece, as well as bolts and T slot nuts for connection to the 4080 extrusion.

Our wheel deck supports angular adjustment of 20 degrees up, and 15 degrees down from level. This angle is locked in place by tightening the 4 side bolts joining the deck plate and the angle brackets.

Please consult your wheel’s documentation to make sure you are using the correct length and type of bolts for your wheel. Don’t forget to accommodate the 5mm deck thickness in your bolt length.

We have 2 sets of mounting holes for the Fanatec Triangular mount, for different depth options. The more forward set is required for the Podium DD1/DD2 wheel base for rear clearance if you wish to angle up the wheel.

For the Logitech G25/27/29, we have purpose made cutouts at the front to allow the front clamps to grip the wheel deck in addition to the rear M6 bolts, meaning that your Logitech wheel will be very solid on this mount being attached at the rear and the front.

If you have a wheel that is not currently supported, please get in touch and we can add it for you and send you a unit from our next production run.

• 1x Top plate
• 2x Side brackets (Left and Right)
• 4x M8x20 cap head bolts, nuts, and washers for mounting side brackets to top plate
• 4x M8x20 cap head bolts, washers, and T slot nuts for mounting side brackets to the extrusion.

Compatible with standard 4080 style extrusion rigs including our SR1 rig.
