Rigid Extrusion Frame

Built from a heavy walled version of 4080 Aluminium profile, the SR1 is rigid, highly adjustable and configurable. Our heavy wall profile is compatible with other standard 40 size profile extrusions, so you can mix and match with parts from others, whilst benefiting from our rig’s strength.

Hardware

We use strong high quality thick cast corner brackets, stainless steel cap head bolts, washers, and T-slot nuts. Of note, our T-slot nuts include a sprung ball bearing in the rear that allows sideways insertion into the extrusion’s slot. once turned to the normal orientation, the sprung ball bearing allows registration against the slot in the aluminium profile to make assembly easy (no more nuts sliding around), and adding accessories later much easier. No disassembly is required to insert additional T-slot nuts in your assembled rig.

Pedal Mount

Our pedal mount is made from heavy walled 4040 extrusions. Our design allows you maximum flexibility and adjustment in mounting your pedals. You can adjust the position of the transverse extrusion to allow pickup of mounting holes on your pedals. If your pedals allow bolting from the top, you can use the included M8 T-slot nuts and bolt directly down. Alternately, if you require a bolt from underneath, use the included spare corner brackets to bolt up from the bottom into your pedals.

Wheel Mount

Highly recommended! 1UP Engineering’s Sim Racing Wheel Deck. Supporting many DD wheels with bottom mount holes, as well as many popular belt and gear drive wheels.

5mm thick steel, CNC bent and powder coated in hard wearing and attractive black.
